Harta33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Harta33 reserves the right to refuse any application for Account registration without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.
In accordance with applicable regulatory and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, Harta33 is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawals and may request identity verification at any stage of the Account lifecycle.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe (generally 7 calendar days from the date of request) may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in persistent cases, Account closure.

All deposits to the Platform must be made using a payment method registered in the User's own name. Harta33 does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made using third-party payment methods will be reversed and the Account may be subject to suspension pending investigation.

Harta33 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which Harta33 accepts no liability.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Harta33 is registered and operates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your jurisdiction of residence.

Disputes must be raised within 30 calendar days of the occurrence of the event giving rise to the dispute. Harta33 will acknowledge receipt of your dispute within 48 hours and endeavour to reach a resolution within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct correspondence, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation prior to pursuing any formal legal action.
Harta33's decisions on disputes will be final and binding in all cases where the dispute relates to matters within Harta33's operational knowledge, such as system records of bets placed, game outcomes, and transaction logs.
